The SENS010-02 and SENS010-03 camera modules from the AAA series incorporate the OV9734 sensor from OmniVision and the SPCA2087 chipset from SunplusIT, delivering 720p high-definition image quality. The module is built on a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) that includes key components such as four LEDs, one image sensor, and twelve pin pads. These pin pads require low-temperature soldering at 138 to 140°C. The camera head assembly includes a bracket, lens, rivet, lens cover, and endstop, all of which are housed within a metal cylinder. The exterior of the cylinder is protected by a film layer.
Each module features:
- HD resolution (up to 720p) for clear and detailed imaging
- Integrated LED illumination for enhanced visibility in low-light or enclosed environments
- Compact mechanical design in a metal cylinder (with a protective outer film)
- Low-temperature solderable interface (138-140°c) for compatibility with sensitve assembly processes
